Dynamic Homes was founded in 1970 in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota by a group of local builders who were committed to developing the quality and value of a site-built home in a controlled factory setting. Over the years, Dynamic Homes has grown and is now owned by Ho-Chunk, Inc. (HCI), the award-winning economic development corporation owned by the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. Dynamic Homes is considered one of the largest system-builders in the upper Midwest. Their reputation for excellence has been achieved through dedication, skill and experience.
