This fine home replaced an original farm house in Cresco, Iowa. Time was of the essence for this project, as the customers were displaced after the demolition of their old house. We’re proud to say that teardown to move in was completed in only six weeks! Timing is certainly a clear advantage to modular construction.
The floor plan for this home was custom drawn to the customer’s preferences and includes special features such as an origami dormer in the living room over the elliptical window, a tray ceiling in the master bedroom, and partial brick on the exterior.
