We served as the general contractor for this project, handling everything from permits to the finished home. By doing this, the project was simpler for the homeowner, as well as budget friendly due to the guaranteed pricing we offer. This home features a 6/12 parallel chord truss system in the front area of the home, allowing a higher open cathedrahl ceiling in the great room, without the added cost of a loft area. In addition, it has a walkout basement, maple and cherry cabinetry with a custom island, a white interior trim package, and a custom tiled walk-in shower in the bath that is being done onsite.
