We recently built this great home in Marble Rock, Iowa. This plan closely followed the 5115 plan, with slight changes to the kitchen with an island instead of a bar, the elimination of the platform tub in the master bath, and additional cabinetry and a sink in the utility area. It is a very comfortable family home featuring oak lockers and drawers in the laundry room just off the garage-a perfect solution to the usual entryway clutter of coats, shoes, and backpacks.
