Our Spring Open House is planned for April 12th & 13th!

Come see our newly staged model & discover our building process. Friday April 12th from Noon-7PM and Saturday, April 13th from 9AM to 2PM. 

Thinking about building but not sure where to build? See lots we have available in the Decorah and surrounding areas with custom renderings and floorplans to fit the exact locations.

We’re partnered with Wisconsin Homes to design and build custom homes in your desired timeline. We make the process simple by having a one-stop-shop at our Decorah office where we design your floorplan, select all your exterior and interior options, and complete the building process with Wisconsin Homes. We have a talented crew to bring your project together once the home is built at the Wisconsin Homes facilities. Our crew will add any special features and tie the whole home together at your building site.
